The Leads table shows every lead you have imported, the lead lists they belong to, and their current status in the outreach sequence.

Lead lists

Lead lists keep different outreach groups separate inside the same workspace. Use them for groups like customer reachout, recruiting reachout, partner lists, or event follow-up. New single-lead and CSV imports require a lead list. Use the List filter to switch between lists. When you are viewing a real lead list, BriskReach shows an Archive current list action above the table. Archiving a list removes that list label from matching leads for your user. It does not delete the leads, remove them from campaigns, or recall any sent outreach. To move leads, filter the table to a specific lead list, select the rows, and use Move selected. BriskReach asks for the target list, removes only the source list label from the selected leads, keeps any other list labels already on each lead, and does not change campaign assignment or scheduled outreach. Use Copy to list only when you want leads to stay in their current lists too.
Older leads that were imported before lead lists may show as Unlisted. If an older lead is already assigned to a campaign and has no explicit list, BriskReach can group it under that campaign name as a campaign group. Campaign groups are filterable, but they are not lead-list move targets.

Lead statuses

Each lead moves through statuses as your campaign runs.
StatusWhat it means
InvitedA connection request was sent. BriskReach is waiting for the lead to accept.
ConnectedLinkedIn confirmed that the lead accepted the connection request. Any follow-up messages in the sequence may have been sent.
RepliedThe lead sent you a message. Automated sending is paused for this lead so you can respond personally.
FailedThe action could not be completed. For example, LinkedIn rejected the connection request. Check the activity timeline for details.
InMail campaigns use the same lead statuses. A lead that receives the one-step InMail can complete without being connected.

Filtering leads

Use the filters at the top of the Leads table to narrow your view:
  • Stage: all leads, available leads, leads in a campaign, or leads that were contacted
  • List: all lead lists, a specific lead list, or Unlisted
  • Status: ready, in progress, connected, replied, completed, or failed
For example, filter by List: Recruiting outreach and Status: Replied to review only recruiting leads who responded.

Removing a lead from a campaign

To stop automated actions for a lead, open the lead’s row and click Remove from campaign. This prevents any further messages, InMails, or connection requests from being sent. Messages that were already sent are not recalled.
Removing a lead from a campaign does not delete the lead from your account. The lead stays in your Leads table and can be added to a different campaign later.

Activity timeline

Click a lead’s name to open their detail view. The activity timeline shows every action taken in order:
  • Invite sent
  • InMail sent
  • Connection accepted
  • Message sent
  • Reply received
The timeline helps you understand where a lead is in the sequence and why they reached their current status. Invite-only campaigns can complete after the request is sent, but BriskReach shows connection accepted only after LinkedIn confirms the acceptance.
