Leads are people you want to reach on LinkedIn. You bring them in by uploading a CSV file, then assign them to a campaign.

Prepare your CSV

Your file must include these three columns with exact header names:

linkedin_urlYesFull profile URL, e.g. https://linkedin.com/in/janedoe
companyNoUsed as {{company}} in message templates

locationNoUsed as {{location}} in message templates
Example row:

Import steps

1

Go to Leads

Click Leads in the left sidebar.
2

Click Import

Click the Import button in the top-right corner of the Leads page.
3

Select your CSV file

Choose your CSV file from your computer and upload it. BriskReach validates the headers before proceeding.
4

Review the import summary

A summary shows how many leads will be added and flags any rows with missing required fields. Fix any issues in your CSV and re-upload if needed, then click Confirm.
5

Leads appear in your list

Imported leads show up in the Leads table immediately. From there you can add them to a campaign.

Trial accounts can store up to 50 leads total. Upgrade to a paid plan to remove this cap.
Duplicate leads are skipped on re-import. If a lead with the same linkedin_url is already assigned to a campaign, BriskReach does not create a second entry for them.
