Follow these steps to create and launch a campaign.
Trial accounts can run one active campaign at a time. Activate a new campaign only after pausing or completing an existing one.
1

Open Campaigns

Go to Campaigns in the left sidebar, then click New Campaign.
2

Name your campaign

Enter a name for the campaign (maximum 80 characters). Choose something descriptive so you can tell campaigns apart at a glance.
3

Write your connection request note

Type a personal note to include with the connection request (maximum 280 characters). This field is optional. Leave it blank to send the request without a note.
4

Write your follow-up message

Write the message BriskReach sends after a lead accepts your connection. This field is required and supports up to 2000 characters.Use placeholders to personalize the message:
Hi {first_name}, I noticed you work at {company} as {headline}...
Placeholders use single curly braces: {first_name}, {last_name}, {company}, {headline}, {location}. If a lead’s field is empty, the placeholder is replaced with an empty string.
5

Set the follow-up delay

Choose how many days BriskReach waits after a lead accepts before sending the follow-up message. The range is 0 to 60 days. The default is 1 day.Setting the delay to 0 sends the follow-up as soon as the connection is accepted.
6

Select leads

Choose the lead list you want to target. BriskReach will work through the list in order, respecting your daily limits and sending hours.
7

Activate or save as draft

  • Click Activate to launch the campaign immediately.
  • Click Save as Draft to save your settings and come back later.
Once active, the campaign begins sending during your next configured sending window.
