Follow these steps to create and launch a campaign.
Trial accounts can run one active campaign at a time. Activate a new campaign only after pausing or completing an existing one.
1

Open Campaigns

Go to Campaigns in the left sidebar, then click New Campaign.
2

Name your campaign

Enter a name for the campaign (maximum 80 characters). Choose something descriptive so you can tell campaigns apart at a glance.
3

Choose the campaign type

Choose Connection request for the standard invite and optional follow-up flow. Choose Sales Navigator InMail to send one credit-backed InMail with a subject and message body. Choose Open Profile InMail to scan selected leads for Open Profile reachability and send without using Sales Navigator InMail credits.InMail campaigns require a paid workspace and at least one InMail-ready LinkedIn account. To make an account InMail-ready, open Accounts and run Check InMail. That check refreshes both Sales Navigator InMail and Open Profile InMail readiness.
4

Write your connection request note

For connection request campaigns, type a personal note to include with the connection request (maximum 200 characters). This field is optional. Leave it blank to send the request without a note.
5

Write your InMail

For InMail campaigns, write a required subject and message body. BriskReach sends one InMail per eligible lead, then stops automation when the lead replies.
6

Write your follow-up message

For connection request campaigns, write the message BriskReach sends after a lead accepts your connection. This field is optional and supports up to 2000 characters. Leave it blank if you want an invite-only campaign.Use placeholders to personalize the message:
Hi {first_name}, I noticed you work at {company} as {headline}...
Placeholders use single curly braces: {first_name}, {last_name}, {company}, {headline}, {location}. If a lead’s field is empty, the placeholder is replaced with an empty string.
7

Set the follow-up delay

If you added a follow-up message, choose how many days BriskReach waits after a lead accepts before sending it. The range is 0 to 60 days. The default is 1 day.Setting the delay to 0 sends the follow-up as soon as the connection is accepted.
8

Select leads

Use the Lead list: selector in the Audience section to choose the group you want to target. The selector shows All lead lists, Unlisted, and each list with its lead count. When you choose a specific list, BriskReach filters the audience and selects matching available leads for you. You can still search, select the first N leads, deselect individual leads, or clear the selection before launch.Only currently available leads can be added to a new campaign. Leads already assigned to another campaign stay out of the audience list to prevent duplicate outreach.Sales Navigator InMail campaigns assign only leads that are eligible for the selected InMail senders. Leads that are already assigned, already contacted, already replied, or not resolvable through Sales Navigator stay unassigned in the CRM. After launch, BriskReach shows how many leads were added and skipped.Open Profile InMail campaigns scan the selected leads before launch. BriskReach assigns open profiles only. Leads that are not open profiles stay unassigned in the CRM and are not sent.
