The inbox gives you a unified view of all LinkedIn conversations across every connected LinkedIn account. Instead of switching between accounts to check replies, everything lands in one place. Inbox

How it works

The left panel lists all your conversations. Click any conversation to open the full message thread on the right. The inbox updates automatically when new messages arrive, so there is no need to refresh the page. An unread badge on the inbox icon in the sidebar shows how many conversations have unread messages. The count clears once you open the conversation.

Email notifications

When a lead replies to one of your messages, BriskReach sends an email notification to your registered email address. Notifications go out via Resend and arrive within a few seconds of the reply.
Notification emails go to the address you signed up with. You can update your email address in your account settings.

What triggers a conversation

A conversation appears in your inbox when a lead replies to a connection request note or a campaign message. If a lead messages you directly on LinkedIn, that also shows up here as long as the account it came through is connected to BriskReach. Ready to reply? See Replying to messages.
