The inbox gives you a unified view of all LinkedIn conversations across every connected LinkedIn account. Instead of switching between accounts to check replies, everything lands in one place. Inbox

How it works

The left panel lists your newest conversations first. Click any conversation to open the full message thread on the right. If you have more conversations than the first page can show, use Load more at the bottom of the list to see older threads. The inbox updates automatically when new messages arrive, so there is no need to refresh the page. An unread badge on the inbox icon in the sidebar shows how many conversations have unread messages. The count clears once you open the conversation.

Reply notifications

When a lead replies to one of your messages, BriskReach sends an email notification to your registered email address. If a workspace admin connects Slack from the Integrations page, BriskReach can also post inbound reply alerts to the connected workspace channel. Notifications arrive within a few seconds of the reply.
Notification emails go to the address you signed up with. Slack reply alerts are controlled from the Integrations page.
See Integrations for the live Slack setup and what the alert includes.

What triggers a conversation

A conversation appears in your inbox when a lead replies to a connection request note, campaign message, or campaign InMail. If LinkedIn confirms that a lead accepted your connection request before they reply, BriskReach adds an unread system note so the accepted connection is visible in the inbox. Direct LinkedIn messages also show up here as long as the account they came through is connected to BriskReach. InMail conversations show an InMail source badge in the inbox. Ready to reply? See Replying to messages.
