Pausing and resuming

Open a campaign and click Pause to stop sending temporarily. No messages or connection requests go out while a campaign is paused. When you are ready to continue, click Resume. BriskReach picks up where it left off. Leads who were already invited are not invited again.

Editing a campaign

You can edit a campaign’s name and message content at any time. Changes apply only to steps that have not been sent yet. Leads who already received a connection request note or a follow-up message are not affected. When adding more leads to an existing campaign, use the Audience picker to filter available leads by Lead list:. Selecting a list auto-selects matching available leads, and you can remove individual leads from the selection before submitting. Connection request campaigns and InMail campaigns are separate campaign types. Existing connection campaigns keep their invite and follow-up flow. InMail campaigns keep their one-step subject/body flow and use separate InMail capacity. Sales Navigator InMail campaigns use credit-backed capacity. Open Profile InMail campaigns keep their scan-backed lead assignment and use separate Open Profile sender caps. Changing copy does not rerun the original Open Profile scan.
Editing the follow-up message while a campaign is active takes effect for leads who have not yet received the follow-up. Leads already in the waiting period will receive the updated version when their delay expires.

Deleting a campaign

Click Delete on the campaign page to remove it permanently. This action cannot be undone. Leads who already received messages or InMails before the deletion are not affected. Their conversation history remains in the Inbox. For Open Profile InMail, leads that were skipped by the scan remain unassigned in the CRM.
Deleting a campaign removes all its settings and progress. If you might need it again, consider pausing it instead.
