The BriskReach dashboard is your central hub for managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns. This guide explains the main interface elements and how to use them effectively. The left sidebar contains all main sections, organized into three groups: Overview
  • Onboarding — Track your workspace setup progress
  • Analytics — View campaign performance metrics
  • Safety — Configure sending limits and account protection
Outreach
  • Campaigns — Create and manage outreach campaigns
  • Templates — Save reusable message templates
  • AI Drafts — Generate message variations with AI
  • Inbox — View and reply to lead conversations
Manage
  • Leads — Import and organize your prospect lists
  • Accounts — Connect and manage LinkedIn accounts
  • Billing — View plan details and payment settings
  • Settings — Configure workspace and team settings
  • Integrations — Connect third-party tools

Onboarding checklist

When you first create a workspace, the dashboard shows a setup checklist:
  1. Connect sender — Link a LinkedIn account
  2. Set safety limits — Configure daily caps and sending hours
  3. Import leads — Add prospects to your CRM
  4. Build campaign — Create your first outreach sequence
  5. Review & launch — Activate the campaign
Once all steps are complete, the checklist is replaced with guidance on optimizing your outreach.

Common UI patterns

Most list pages (Campaigns, Leads, Inbox) include filter dropdowns and search fields. Use these to narrow down results:
  • Status filters — Show only items matching a specific status
  • Account filters — Filter by LinkedIn account
  • Search — Find items by name, company, or other text fields
Filters apply instantly or when you click Apply, depending on the page.

Tooltips

Throughout the dashboard, you’ll see info icons () next to settings and labels. Hover over these for context about what the setting does and why it matters.

Status badges

Items throughout the dashboard display color-coded status badges:
BadgeMeaning
GreenActive, completed, or healthy
AmberPaused, pending, or needs attention
RedError, failed, or blocked
GrayDraft or inactive

Mobile view

On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu. The main navigation drawer slides in from the left. All features work the same on mobile, though some complex layouts (like campaign analytics) work best on larger screens.
