BriskReach uses Unipile as a secure connector to link your LinkedIn account. You do not share your LinkedIn password with BriskReach directly. Unipile handles the authentication and keeps your credentials isolated.

Steps to connect

Open Accounts

Go to Accounts in the left sidebar.

Click Connect LinkedIn

Click the Connect LinkedIn button. A popup window opens.

Log in to LinkedIn

Inside the popup, log in to LinkedIn with your credentials. If LinkedIn asks for a verification code, complete that step as normal.

Confirm the connection

Once authentication is complete, the popup closes and you are returned to the Accounts page. Your account status changes to Connected.

Account status meanings

StatusWhat it means
ConnectedActive and ready to send
PendingAuthentication is in progress. This usually resolves within a few minutes.
ErrorSomething went wrong during authentication. Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the problem persists, contact support.
Trial accounts can connect one LinkedIn account. Upgrade to a paid plan to connect more.
