Steps to connect
Click Add account
Click Add account. Choose Hosted login unless your workspace has the private Chrome extension beta enabled.
Authenticate
For hosted login, continue through the secure LinkedIn connection page. If your workspace uses the Chrome extension beta, keep LinkedIn open in the same Chrome profile and confirm that Chrome is signed into the LinkedIn profile you want to connect.
Account status meanings
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active | Ready to send, subject to safety limits and campaign state |
| Pending | Authentication is in progress. This usually resolves within a few minutes. |
| Needs reconnect | Sending is paused until the same LinkedIn profile is reconnected. |
| Error | Something went wrong during authentication. Try disconnecting and reconnecting. If the problem persists, contact support. |
Trial accounts can connect one LinkedIn account. Upgrade to a paid plan to connect more.
InMail readiness
Sales Navigator InMail and Open Profile InMail campaigns need an active LinkedIn account that has passed an InMail readiness check.
