Open Profile InMail is a paid campaign option for leads who allow messages from outside their network. BriskReach checks the selected leads first, assigns only open profiles, and sends one InMail with a subject and body. Open Profile InMail is separate from Sales Navigator InMail:

Open Profile InMail still uses LinkedIn through your connected account. It does not consume BriskReach invite limits, normal message limits, or Sales Navigator InMail credits.

Before you start

You need:
  • A paid workspace
  • At least one active LinkedIn account
  • InMail readiness checked on that account
  • Imported leads with LinkedIn profile URLs
Open Accounts and choose Check InMail on the sender account. BriskReach refreshes both Sales Navigator InMail and Open Profile InMail readiness. Open Profile InMail has separate sender caps:

Create an Open Profile InMail campaign

Choose Open Profile InMail

Go to Campaigns, click New Campaign, and choose Open Profile InMail.

Write your InMail

Add a subject and message body. BriskReach sends one InMail to each eligible open profile.

Select senders and leads

Choose the LinkedIn sender accounts and imported leads you want to scan. BriskReach checks the selected leads against the selected senders.

Start the scan

Create the campaign to start the Open Profile scan. You can leave the page after the campaign is created. The campaign detail page shows scan progress and results.

Let the campaign launch

When the scan finishes, BriskReach launches the campaign automatically if at least one selected lead is open for one selected sender.

What happens after the scan

  • Open profiles are assigned to the campaign and sender that can message them.
  • Leads that are not open profiles stay unassigned in the CRM.
  • Leads that fail the scan stay unassigned and are not sent.
  • If no selected leads are open profiles, the campaign does not send.
Before each send, BriskReach checks the lead again. If the profile is no longer open, that action fails safely instead of sending through credits.

Where to return

After creating the campaign, use the campaign detail page as the return point. It shows scan progress, scan results, and launch status. If you do not see the campaign on the Campaigns page after starting a scan, refresh the Campaigns page and open the campaign you just created.
