A campaign is an automated LinkedIn outreach sequence sent to selected leads. BriskReach can select an audience from a lead list, sends each configured step on your behalf, respects your configured sending hours, and stops automatically if a lead replies. Campaign view

How a campaign works

BriskReach supports three campaign types:
  • Connection request - Sends a connection request with an optional note, then can send an optional follow-up after the lead accepts.
  • Sales Navigator InMail - Sends one credit-backed InMail with a subject and message body through an InMail-ready Sales Navigator account.
  • Open Profile InMail - Scans selected leads for Open Profile reachability, then sends one InMail to leads who are open profiles without using Sales Navigator InMail credits.
Trial workspaces can create connection request campaigns only. InMail campaigns require a paid workspace and an account that has passed the InMail readiness check on the Accounts page. Step 1: Connection request BriskReach sends a LinkedIn connection request to each lead in your list. You can include a personal note (up to 200 characters) or leave it blank to send without one. Step 2: Follow-up message Once a lead accepts your connection request, BriskReach can wait for the delay you configured (default: 1 day, range: 0 to 60 days) and then send a follow-up message. The follow-up is optional and can be up to 2000 characters long. If you leave it blank, the campaign is invite-only. When LinkedIn confirms an accepted connection, BriskReach records that acceptance and adds an unread system note in the Inbox. Invite-only campaigns may complete after the request is sent, but BriskReach does not count that as accepted until the connection is confirmed.

Sending behavior

Campaigns run automatically during the sending hours you set on the Accounts page. BriskReach applies account warmup curves and daily limits to avoid patterns that trigger LinkedIn’s abuse detection. The defaults are:
PlanInvites per dayMessages per day
Trial1010
Paid2050
Trial accounts can run one active campaign at a time.
Sales Navigator InMail campaigns use a separate InMail cap and balance. Open Profile InMail campaigns bypass Sales Navigator InMail credits and use separate sender caps of 30 per day and 800 rolling 30 days. Neither InMail type consumes invite or regular message limits.

Audience selection

Lead lists keep imported leads organized for campaign creation. In the campaign builder, choose Lead list: to filter the Audience step by a specific list, All lead lists, or Unlisted. Selecting a list auto-selects matching available leads, and you can still adjust the selected leads before launch. Leads already assigned to another campaign are excluded from new campaign audiences to prevent duplicate outreach.

Reply detection

If a lead replies at any point in the sequence, BriskReach stops sending to that lead immediately. You can see and respond to replies in the Inbox.
