BriskReach currently has one live dashboard integration: Slack reply alerts. The dashboard card is titled Slack. Workspace admins connect one Slack channel per workspace from /dashboard/integrations.

Slack reply alerts

Slack uses OAuth with the incoming-webhook scope. After the workspace admin connects Slack, BriskReach posts inbound reply alerts to the selected channel. The first live event is Inbound replies. Turn it on after the Slack channel is connected.

What the alert includes

Each Slack alert includes:
  • the sender name
  • the workspace name
  • a short reply snippet
  • a link back to the inbox

Setup rules

  • One Slack channel per workspace in v1
  • Only workspace admins can connect Slack
  • If Slack credentials are missing in the environment, the integrations page shows a configuration state instead of a connect flow
  • Planned integrations like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, Make, Instantly, and Smartlead are roadmap items only
