You can reply to any lead directly from the inbox. Replies are sent through the LinkedIn account the conversation belongs to.

Open the inbox

Click Inbox in the left sidebar. You will see a list of all conversations across your connected LinkedIn accounts.

Select a conversation

Click the conversation you want to reply to. The full message thread opens on the right.

Type your reply

Click the composer at the bottom of the thread and type your message.

Send

Click Send. The message is delivered through your LinkedIn account immediately.
Replying from the inbox does not resume automated campaign messages for that lead. Once a lead replies, BriskReach stops sending automated messages to them — this is by design. Your manual reply continues the conversation.
