# Get started in 10 minutes

> Connect LinkedIn, import leads, and launch your first campaign

<Steps>
  <Step title="Sign up and create a workspace">
    Go to [briskreach.com](https://briskreach.com) and create an account. After signing in, you will be prompted to create a workspace. Workspaces are your team's shared space for accounts, leads, and campaigns.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect your LinkedIn account">
    Go to **Accounts** in the dashboard and click **Add account**. Complete hosted login to link your account. If your workspace has the private Chrome extension beta enabled, choose **Browser extension** only after confirming Chrome is signed into the LinkedIn profile you want to connect.

    <Note>
      Trial accounts can connect one LinkedIn account. Upgrade to a paid plan to add more seats.
    </Note>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Import leads">
    Go to **Leads** and click **Import**. Upload a CSV file with at minimum these columns: `first_name`, `last_name`, `linkedin_url`. Additional columns like `company`, `headline`, and `location` can be used as placeholders in your messages.

    Choose a **Lead list** before importing. You can select an existing list or create a new one, such as **Customer reachout** or **Recruiting outreach**. Campaign creation can later select that list directly.

    For Sales Navigator InMail campaigns, you can also include `linkedin_sales_navigator_profile_id` when available. Open Profile InMail campaigns can use regular LinkedIn profile URLs because BriskReach scans the selected leads before launch.

    <Note>
      Trial accounts can import up to 50 leads total. Paid plans have no lead cap.
    </Note>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a campaign">
    Go to **Campaigns** and click **New Campaign**. Fill in the following:

    * **Connection request note** - Optional, up to 200 characters. Sent with the invite.
    * **Follow-up message** - Optional. Sent after the lead accepts your connection request.
    * **Sales Navigator InMail** - Paid workspaces can choose this campaign type after checking InMail readiness on an account. It sends one credit-backed subject/body InMail per eligible lead.
    * **Open Profile InMail** - Paid workspaces can choose this campaign type after checking InMail readiness on an account. It scans selected leads, launches automatically when open profiles are ready, and does not use Sales Navigator InMail credits.

    You can use placeholders in both fields: `{first_name}`, `{company}`, `{headline}`, `{location}`.

    In the Audience step, use **Lead list:** to choose a list. BriskReach selects matching available leads, and you can adjust the selection before activating the campaign.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for results">
    Campaigns run automatically during your configured sending hours. First invites typically go out within 24 hours of activating a campaign. Monitor progress from the **Campaigns** page or **Analytics**.

    Trial accounts are limited to 10 invites/day and 10 messages/day. Paid accounts send up to 20 invites/day and 50 messages/day.

    Sales Navigator InMail campaigns use a separate InMail balance and daily InMail cap. Open Profile InMail campaigns bypass Sales Navigator InMail credits and use separate sender caps of 30 per day and 800 rolling 30 days. Neither InMail type consumes invite or regular message limits.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  If a lead replies, BriskReach pauses sending for that lead automatically. If LinkedIn confirms that a lead accepted your connection request, BriskReach can show that acceptance as an unread system note in the inbox before the lead replies.
